Most of my house search was done virtually and she did all the footwork in search of the perfect house. She wasnt afraid to go into dark crawl spaces or get wet doing a virtual showing in the rain. Even after the closing, she came to my home to help me put up a temporary dog fence and also removed trash that was left behind by the previous tenants. I would highly recommend Cindy to anyone looking for a home in the Burlington area.Update from 11/24/23: Cindy helped me to purchase and sell my Milton home. Comment: We first spoke with Edie 6 months ago about our relocation to the Burlington area, and she immediately started working with us to set the foundations for a successful move. Within hours, she had us in contact with a local Texas realtor that ultimately sold our TX home and in contact with a local Vermont mortgage broker that 6-months later, in tandem with Edie, worked every reasonable moment to drive our VT home to close. As out-of-state buyers, Edie guided us through every step of the process ensuring that we were informed, comfortable, and above all else “taken care of”.I want to really highlight that from the first 15 minutes on the phone with Edie she both imparted confidence that she was an expert at her craft and that she was going to take care of us. I don’t know if she has some kind of superpower or something, but there was a certainty she had things in hand and would really be our advocate. This was 1000% borne out from initial phone call to our first visit to Burlington viewing representative properties to her patiently checking in and cheering us on as we prepared to sell in Texas to rushing to virtually show the property we now call home to ultimately culminating in a Herculean effort of coordination, welcoming, and reassurance as we arrived in VT and navigated the final 2 weeks to closing.Edie is the gold standard and may have ruined us for any other realtor, but who needs one when she’s here?

He invested the time at the beginning of our house search to really get to know us and understand our needs and wants, so that his property recommendations were always spot on. Krista worked with us hand in hand from May until our closing at the end of August. We looked at many homes and she was so accommodating to our crazy schedules. She provided honest insight and kept us grounded during the entire process. Comment: We were looking online and checking out properties without an agent for a little while. Most of them were either clueless or pushy. Kim Corey was neither. She understood that we werent desperate for a home and really wanted to find something special. Thankfully, Kim didnt get discouraged as our search lasted about a year. Based on our budget and the market availability, we were looking at a lot of ranches. The homes were either really dated without much room for growth or already refinished to someone elses taste. We nearly settled, but finally Kim led us to a diamond in the rough. Knowing we had to invest a lot of time and money in renovating, we carefully underbid on this property and felt in control throughout the whole negotiation. Kim was perfect for us. She has a great personality, shes honest and upfront and she was willing to let a home find us instead of jam us into an available property. After 6 months, were even more in love with our home than the day we closed. Thank you Kim!
