Her expectations were clear and she understood my needs not only in selling, but buying a new dwelling. She was there every step of the way for me and was very responsive to all my inquires and questions. She is not only a fantastic broker, but person. Comment: Coordinating the sale our home in upstate NY and relocating to another state was a difficult challenge for my husband and I. Our agent from this office not only sold our home in a week, he helped us find an agent where we were moving to who was also an expert in that area. Our experience was excellent and I wish I could give them 6 stars! Consider this company before you make any decisions on buying or selling!

Comment: Recently purchased a home for my brother with Coldwell banker. The agent I worked with was very patience, took my parents to view a few homes help my family in making the right choices and decisions. She was very knowledgeable of what she was doing, conducted herself in a positive manner and had no issues picking my parents up and dropping them back home. We had a smooth closing. If you ever shopping for a home and needs a real estate agent in the Schenectady county or else where I would recommend Renae Herbinger at any given time to my friends and family.
