Comment: How do you rate an entire real estate agency? One realtor at a time. We were very fortunate to have been referred to Maryanne Szewczyk! She is the BEST! We were moving into Erie and needed local expertise. Maryanne has a lot of experience and knows everything about Erie. She also knows how to buy (or sell) a house. We appreciated her guidance and attention to detail throughout the process. She carefully walked us through every part of our initial offer, explaining every detail. When we needed local contractors, she knew who to recommend. She was always available and responded quickly to text, email, or phone calls. Maryanne is very personable but will be honest and frank with you (a good thing). We cant speak highly enough about her. She was not only our realtor but has become a friend too. If you are moving into or out of the Erie area, work with Maryanne Szewczyk!

Comment: We were new to the area when we started house hunting and under a huge time crunch. We worked with Diana Bufalino and Veronica and they were absolutely wonderful. We were only in the area for a few days and had to start the process of house buying in that time period. Diana went out of her way to spend those entire two days showing us many houses and helped us through the whole process of putting an offer in. Coldwell banker was on top of everything and we closed on our house in 30 days. They went above and beyond for us. Very friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable of the area.

Once we started to lose hope in finding a house, we were very fortunate to have been recommended to contact Behar Hoxha from Coldwell Bankers. Behar immediately scheduled a showing we requested and gathered the information about the type of house we were attempting to find. He provided us with a specific search engine that allowed us to be one of the first people to look at new listings.It has been very difficult to find a house that fits all of the criteria we were seeking to find. My dad wanted to find a peaceful neighborhood with a large yard for gardening and my mom wanted to have relatively good-sized rooms.Through the entire process, Behar provided us with very honest information about the condition of the houses we were viewing. Comment: Jenn Nelson. The only name you need to know if you are selling your house in Erie. She sold our house for above market value in 3 days!!! She also took care of all the little things you do not have time to do when moving.Do yourself a favor and call her first.
