He is warm and nice, and always gets the job done!! Lucky is an incredible manager, very kind and responsive and always gets things done. If youre looking for an affordable but beautiful apartment with stellar management copperwood real estate is your answer!

Comment: I moved into a Copperwood property a week ago and am so grateful for the positive experience Ive had. The Copperwood team has been amazing to work with and helped make all the required paperwork and account setup to move in a breeze. Ive never lived somewhere with a super and this has also been a highlight so far. Gashi is phenomenal and has helped me with moving all of my moving boxes out and any questions I have. On my first day I had some issues with my door lock and he was quick to come by my apartment and worked diligently to fix it. Im very grateful to have Gashi as my super!

Comment: I have been a Copperwood tenant since February 2020, and been in two separate apartments/buildings during this time. My super Kas has been such an excellent resource during these almost 4 years, and much of the reason that Ive remained a tenant. When I have a problem I know that Kas will come attend to it ASAP whether its just lightbulb changes or a more critical issue. Im so appreciative to have a super like Kas!!

Comment: This review is not really about Copperwood but more about our super Kastriot. I moved in a few years ago, and he has always been very responsive, extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Any time I have a maintenance or service request I know he will take care of it. When I had a problem with my stove, he came right away and addressed it. He is a fantastic super!

Comment: If you can find a building which Kasriot is the super, I highly suggest you rent in that building. Kasriot is quick, efficient, and friendly. Any issues weve had with our apartment was handled swiftly by Kasriot. Were very lucky to have him as our super.

Comment: Gus, super at 430 E 89th, is the best! So professional, kind, and efficient. The two issues I put in requests for (leaky sink, and AC filter change) were immediately addressed in a timely manner and he was super quick and responsive. Thank you Gus!

Comment: I’m going out of my way to write this review to acknowledge how great our super, Kastriot Rika, was during our time living at a Copperwood property. Any time there was an issue, no matter how pressing, he was right on it. He was at all times extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Out of the several apartment buildings I have lived at in NYC, I can confidently say he was the best super I’ve had.Copperwood as a real estate company is also great. No fees, responsive employees, and an overall easy application process.

Comment: In the 4 years Ive lived here, Ive had many good experiences with the building management and the super, Kastriot. Hes prompt, friendly, and does great work. Ive never had to wait more than 24 hours for a maintenance request to be completed, even for non-urgent requests. Although the building itself is quite old, the super does an excellent job maintaining it and building management does occasionally invest in updating older things in the building (like the intercom/buzzer)

Comment: We have lived in a Copperwood building for almost 2 years and have had a very pleasant experience! The attentiveness of the supers is unmatched. I texted Gashi about a broken closet door and he was at my apartment in 10 min. He is thoughtful, quick, and does great work. Very grateful to have Gashi as our super. For living in an older building, we have had relatively few problems. I credit that to the great work of our supers.

Comment: Building super Gashi is incredibly quick to repairs. Usually the day of or the next. Hes timely, kind and does really good work. I dropped a rug out the window and it got stuck behind a locked gate - Gashi was there in 15 minutes, got it back in a minute. Hope to always have a super like him!

Comment: My wife and I were previous tenants for a year. We moved because we wanted a bigger place to start a family. From the beginning they were communicative and easy to reach. We mistakenly overpaid the rent before moving out and Gentiana the property manager reached out when she saw the mistake and worked to have it refunded to us. Cooperwood is an honest management company, which you will rarely find in NYC. Thanks so much for the great experience!

Right from viewing available apts. to my move out experience (moving out of state) everything has been 5 star. Although they have several buildings and many tenants, they provide very personalized service. Even the super in 402 E. 78th was the best super Ive ever had... kind and always helpful. Highly recommend!

Comment: I have been living in a Copperwood apartment for 2+ years and have been really enjoying it so far. Yorkville, where most Copperwood apartments are located, is a wonderful area. The buildings are mostly 100+ year old walk ups so there’s a lot of history and character here that contributes to the Yorkville neighborhood vibe. The company is really pleasant to work with and Kastriot is probably the best super in the city - so responsive and friendly and everything is always resolved within a day. The application process was quick and smooth as well. Finally, they are pet friendly which is really nice. Really recommend Copperwood if you’re looking for an apartment in the city.

Comment: We lived in a Copperwood 1 bedroom for one year prior to the pandemic. It was easy to walk into the office and sign all documents. The staff were very pleasant and responsive. Kastriot was a great super. The building was cleaned daily and never had overflowing garbage. any requests were handled timely. We would absolutely live in another Copperwood apartment in the future.

Comment: Have lived in two Copperwood apartments and love them. Evelyn is so lovely and any problems weve had in the apts have been easily and quickly addressed. The buildings are well maintained and kept clean and tidy. I also find their rental prices to be very competitive.
