Comment: We just bought a house in Westchester and we were referred to Nicholas Dullea, owner of Corbett & Dullea Real Estate and it was a great experience working with him from beginning to end. He sent us a lot of great listings and we toured a lot of houses before making our decision. Nick ended up negotiating a great deal for us and he got us the house at less than the asking price. He was very proactive, diligent, hardworking, and he really knows the market. Comment: We worked with Corbett & Dullea Real Estate to find a new Brownstone in Brooklyn, and couldnt have been happier with the service we were given. Nicholas Dullea the owner of the company was our broker and he was great every step of the way. We were first time buyers and Nick patiently explained the entire sales process to us so that we were very comfortable when we finally found the perfect house.The house needed a little work so Nick was able to negotiate a great price for us. And then he referred us a an excellent contractor who did a phenomenal job with some cosmetic renovation in a few rooms.
