Comment: Jim provided my wife and I with a personalized home buying experience, we could not have asked for a better realtor to represent us. He worked within our budget and helped to address all of our most important requests for our first home. He was incredibly responsive and made himself available any time we needed- he even helped arrange an appointment for us to stop by our new home before closing so we could measure, in preparation for furniture purchasing. Jim kept us updated throughout every step in the process and was a huge support to us for recommendations and any other help we needed (which was a lot) being new homeowners. Jim spent so much one on one time with us that the moment we stepped into our current new home he looked right at us and said he agreed that it was perfect for us. Our home had several offers, but Jim made sure he fought for us to be accepted. I would absolutely recommend Jim and Cow Harbor Realty if you are looking to purchase or sell a home.

Comment: If you are selling a home on the north shore of Long Island, I highly recommend Jeff Izzo of Cow Harbor Realty. I have worked with many realtors but Jeff stands apart from the rest both as a professional and as a person. Jeff is not only knowledgeable, but he is also not afraid to do the work in the trenches and he always does the job with a smile. Without Jeff’s help, selling our house in Northport would not have gone smoothly or quickly. Comment: Jeff Izzo said he would help “moo” our big house and he certainly did — from start to finish within our timeline! Jeff is patient, professional, courteous, knowlegeable, responsive, and relentless to get the job done. He helped us through the initial hurdles by finding contractors to remove lots of junk and to fix the ceiling, floors, boiler, swimming pool, etc (without going overboard) prior to putting the house on the market. He took the time to explain the real estate market and how best to market our house within the current climate. He was attentive to the different opinions of the family members and always managed to keep everyone updated with progress. Although challenging in a time that is considered buyer’s market, we were able to get multiple offers due to Jeff’s dedication and hard work in finding suitable home buyers. He went above and beyond his duties — what else can we say except that we couldn’t have done it without Jeff’s help. Highly recommend Jeff for anyone who is looking to “moo” their house. Comment: I was referred to Susan Salzmann by a family friend and am glad I made the phone call to her to start our home buying experience! From start to finish she was amazing! Whenever my wife or I had a question we simply sent her an email or text and within minutes we had an answer to our question. She understood our needs and wants completely and matched us with the home of our dreams! She even made sure we were properly prepared for our closing by setting up a home inspection the day before closing as well as providing us with a simple check list to make sure we had everything we needed with us. Susan also made sure we asked the correct questions to the buyers in regards to the home to make sure our best interests were kept in mind during the negotiation process.
