Comment: I worked with Levan in August 2021 and the experience was superb. Levan and Sopio were honest about the pros and cons of each apartment, gave great advice in terms of how to handle NYC apartment hunting and landed us an apartment within our budget with 95% of the things we were looking for. And that last 5% werent met because our budget was more conservative and in unit laundry is just a rare find. We ended up with a two bedroom, two bath apartment in UES less than a block away from the subway.

As soon as we met I could tell he was so passionate about his work . I could tell he loves his job and helping people is his calling . He knew everything there is to know about real estate . He knew everything there is to know about apartments and which contracts would benefit me. He went above and beyond in helping me find an apartment of my dreams ! I thought I would never be able to find one and just settle for anything at that point , but , no Levan searched and went above and beyond to find the most perfect , coziest , spacious apartment in NYC ! They care about their clients and their agents are always updated with what’s going on in the market.Levan Kikmadze, a Liscensed Real State Agent was the representative for the apartment I was searching this past July 2021. Mr. Kikmadze was extremely helpful, open, transparent, communicative and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about finding my vision. Understood my needs from the very first showing and even provided ideas on how better utilize the space from apartment to apartment.He was always available to answer my questions and to show me more apartments just to have more options.I appreciate Levan Kikmadze and Sopio Otkhvani who was also involved helping in the process. My roommates and I had a stressful time waiting to hear back about a unit that was taking awhile to get back to us about our application, and we had a few hiccups throughout the way but Julyvette was wonderful with keeping us updated. We all save a lot of time choosing apts from their data base at the office in chelsea instead of going around in the city for spaces that didn’t work for us.We end up having a couple of apartment views with Daryna. They were both very helpful and good people. Any doubt or concerns Valerie and Daryna were always there for help. It was our first time moving into an apartment in the city. Now we live on Hamilton heights in a new renovated 3 bedroom.I totally recommend.

They had me come into the very clean offices where everyone was wearing a mask, and were very transparent and honest throughout the whole process. Sopio really listened to my needs and found me some great options to go check out on foot with Nino. I never felt pressured or rushed and ultimately, they found me a beautiful three bedroom that far exceeded my expectations. Sopio helped me throughout the whole booking process and communicated with the landlord, and even negotiated a better rent for me. They are very willing to do fee and no-fee apartments, although full disclosure you end up paying the fee through your rent or upfront either way, although this is just how the NYC housing market works.They are a little hipper than most of the rental brokers, and have access to pretty much all of the same apartments. Fee is negotiable and for me was very reasonable. Little touches like being available at my convenience and a bottle of wine at signing were nice. If I needed to use a broker again Id use them. I used Brett and William and they were both great guys.
