Comment: I had the pleasure of working with Crystin twice! Once several years ago, and just recently this past winter. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, and responded to questions/texts very quickly. She also brought with her some great connections through the banking and legal process, and even recommended a great painter for the new house! Mostly though I appreciated Crystin’s patience and attention to detail when going to look at various properties. She was our agent when we bought our house in last years crazy, cutthroat market after searching for what felt like ages. She has so many qualities you want in your agent, especially if you are a first time home buyer: first of all, she knows her stuff and she was so patient with helping us navigate the process. She is friendly and easy to talk to, but extremely honest and realistic with her feedback about properties. She really comes to understand what youre looking for in a home and whether or not a property fits the bill. She is incredibly professional and very prompt with her correspondence. Above all, she will have your best interests at heart and will fight for you as a buyer. Comment: I was out of state working when I needed to find a new set of renters at my house in NY. Crystin came highly recommended from Maggie, my original realtor. Like most homeowners, I was a little nervous having someone else screen and assess new renters, but honestly it was a class in humility, because she did a way better than I have in the past. Crystin went above and beyond, communicated consistently with me (with a 3 hour time difference), and she had no qualms about sharing the tricks of the trade and identifying the red flags. Comment: Crystin was my entrance to Schenectady when I was moving from NYC back in 2016. I recall her responding to my email request to view apartments not too long after I had sent them. I was amazed how quickly she responded and how helpful she was with accommodating my schedule. I’ve rented three different apartments in Schenectady and Crystin has helped me with two of them.What I have learned through working with Crystin is she takes time to learn about her clients and really listen to their needs. When my partner and I were ready to look for a house, she already knew us well enough to understand what we were looking for and she applied that knowledge during our search. We were excited by the idea of looking at houses and would easily be infatuated with every house and overlook the flaws/potential issues. Crystin would ground us and ask “does it have [insert qualities that we want]”? She truly looks after her clients. She does not force her opinions but she will try to get us to focus on our goals instead of getting distracted. She is also very informative about the locations we were looking at and things we had not even considered. She didn’t take us window shopping, she helped us look for certain issues that the house could have and would ask if that is something we are ready to take on.Crystin is very professional and diligent. She has your back and your best interest in mind. She isn’t offended by redundant questions and is very patient and understanding. I couldn’t thank her enough for such a positive experience being in Schenectady. Thank you so much for helping me with my many moves and us into our home!
