Comment: About a year ago I decided to sell the house my grandfather built in the early 1900s, my castle on my mountain, the entire decision was lengthy and hard, the easiest part was choosing Danielle to be my listing agent. She took the time to walk me through step by step directions to prepare the house for photos, the write up she gave the house was perfect, the time and energy she spent advertising my project house and the honest advice she gave me from day all solidified that I KNEW I trusted her. And I knew it was going to all work out and be ok. Any fears, questions, or hesitations I had, Danielle was quick to put me at ease and just assure me this was the right thing for me and my family.(which was exactly what I needed, as the emotional and sentimental value to me on the house was super strong) Theres no one Id rather have gone too, Id pick her again every time! Comment: Curasi Realty and my agent Ian Pinckney were wonderful! My husband and I purchased a short sale to renovate so we could downsize. Ian made what could have been a very stressful and lengthy process as easy as possible. He was very professional and caring. We were so pleased with our experience that we then listed our home with them as well. Our home was a large Colonial and a hard sell because of the market at the time. Curasi Realty and Ian pulled it off and we sold right when we really needed to. We had our challenges along the way with issues coming up at inspection and bursting pipes but Ian really knew what he was doing and gave us the advice we needed in order to close on time. I will absolutely be referring this company and Ian to all my friends
