Comment: My wife and I are from Manhattan, NYC and were shopping for a second home in Wilton / New Canaan / Westport area of Connecticut. We have purchased real estate in the past but this is our first venture in buying a house. She took a lot of anxiety and stress away by being so experienced and competent. In total, I have purchased 4 properties with agents and Dagny Eason has been the best one. She understands the market and also gave us insights on what to look for in a house outside of the obvious lot / location / layout. She really helped us avoid buying a house that would later give us buyers remorse, she helped us find the perfect home for our needs in a sellers market. She goes beyond the house, she made sure that the town would fit our needs as well. She escorted us around the town and showed us what it offers. She put in the time and effort to understand what we were looking for. Making a big purchase in a house is stressful and you need to count on your agent to make it as easy as possible throughout the whole process, from finding the home, to making the offer and getting it accepted, Dagny definitely did that for us, I highly recommend her.

She is very knowledgeable with deep expertise in the inner workings of a house & its systems (Heating, cooling, water, generators, etc.) as well as the external aspects (ie. trees, flowers, landscaping). Alhough she can be overly casual/informal and parental at times, shes patient, organized, and helpful. With her guidance and feedback, we got 2 offers based off of 6 showings in a difficult real estate climate - with two kids and two dogs this was crucial to my sanity. Throughout the home buying process, we felt like every decision and action Dagny took was to protect our best interest and ensure that we were exposed to the lowest amount of risk. Comment: Dagny was amazing. We were living in California and needed to find a house in Connecticut. Dagny set us up with ELEVEN homes to tour and we saw them in TWO DAYS. Not to mention, the tours happened the day after Christmas. Once we settled on the house we wanted, Dagny was with us every step of the way. Even when we were back in California dealing with the sale of our house there, Dagny made sure to personally attend to inspections, etc at our new place. We also appreciated Dagnys knowledge about the Wilton/Weston/Ridgefield area and her tips on what to look out for in every house. Dagny was great. Would recommend her to anyone.

Comment: Dagny is absolutely awesome. I had a difficult, run-down, house to sell and she helped me get it all fixed up so it would sell. Not only did she tell me what I needed to do, but she found the least expensive way to do each thing and very reasonable people to do every job. She picked out all the colors and directed all the work in detail. She is much more than just a broker. She should should have a title of Renovation and Property Sales Manager. She even helped me sell a car I didnt need. Talk about fell service! This was more than full.

Comment: Dagny is an expert when it comes to Wilton real estate. Shes lived there for over 20 years and is the local expert. She knows all the cool places to go and eat, and its amazing because everyone seems to know and love Dagny too. Dagny is a phenomenal realtor because she really listens to her clients needs. She helped one of my friends find the house of their dreams, and I was so thrilled that I was able to recommend Dagny and my friend loved her just as much as I did. My friend was a bit picky, but this was no issue for Dagny because she was able to quickly ascertain her true needs and find the right home. She was also able to recommend a great loan officer and that helped make the deal go much faster.
