I was mostly in contact with Bani, who was very attentive and quick to answer any questions I had and schedule viewings. He even answered me on his days off as he was celebrating his birthday! I was also in contact with the agent Adrian, who was very informative while guiding me through potential candidates for me to rent.As my first experience dealing with a real estate company, Damico Group has left a very good first impression. Dan is exceedingly professional and understands the Westchester market completely. He knows what it takes to make a sale happen.Dan then brought in a superb photographer and came up with an asking price that I felt was fair. Well, in less than one week, I had a qualified buyer and an accepted offer. I was expecting to have to negotiate a little, but no. Comment: As a small landlord in a competitive market during the winter, finding a good tenant is challenging. Add in Covid-19 and widespread financial uncertainty and it’s pretty much impossible. Valerie D’Amico and her team made the seemingly impossible, possible. From the moment she showed up-on time-I could tell she meant business. She asked the right questions and there was no hard sell for her services. She told me what she would do and how she would do it in a reasonable timeline. Simply a straight shooter. What really won me over was the fact that Valerie had a dedicated DSLR to take pictures! No iPhone quickie shots here. That let me know that Valerie and her team would pay attention to details and I wasn’t wrong. None of my time was wasted on weak applications of unqualified tenants. When I finally decided on a tenant, they were properly vetted and all my questions and concerns were answered. The day of the lease signing, Jessica took perfect care of me and the tenant and everything went seamlessly. Overall it was a great experience.
