Comment: We met Mikka Ferrer at a showing and we were so impressed that we asked her to be our agent. We are extremely grateful for all of the help she gave us during our search. It is a crazy market and we saw many, many properties in and around the river towns. Mikka is from the area and knows the region, its schools and activities very well. It took us over a year to finally buy a place and she showed us a lot of properties. We also had the occasional opportunity to see homes with John and Dan Bucci who are a pleasure to work with. Some of the houses werent for us, and for some others we found ourselves in multiple bid situations. We never felt pressured to go beyond what we were comfortable with to win. Of all the houses we looked at, the one we eventually bought was our favorite (even though we had actually bid more on some others). We couldnt be happier with it. We trusted and valued Mikkas advice the whole way through and we are glad we did. We cant recommend her or the Bucci Real Estate team highly enough.
