Danielle evaluated the house, defined a to-do list, and connected us with the crew we needed to get through the home stretch and wrap up those final details. Her team assisted with paperwork, photo shoots, and marketing for the listing. We were immediately fielding requests for showings, and those were all in addition to the official open house that the team scheduled. Danielle helped us to analyze our (above asking!) offers and to choose a buyer.While all of this was in progress... Brittney was helping us with our purchase. She was so patient with us as we requested showings at several types of properties. When it was time to write an offer, she took the time to listen to our concerns. With her expert guidance, we worked together to make sure our contract accounted for our needs as a buyer while also presenting a strong offer to the seller. We were able to get the house we wanted for less than asking price, which, in 2021, is completely amazing!
