Comment: Dave Esposito advised us at every step along the way, including on how to prepare our home before listing, the best price point to attract the most traffic, and how to handle negotiations with potential purchasers. The aggressive digital marketing plan, open house strategy and beautiful photos/videos were perfect. He sold our home within a week with multiple offers. The similar homes in the area were still for sale. He was always available, no BS and wont sugar coat his thoughts, he knows best and will never do anything that is not in your best interest.
