Comment: Having bought and sold many properties over the years and being in the service business ourselves, doing business with Kevin Truax of Davies was one of the FINEST EXPERIENCES and most definitely merits a 10 STAR REVIEW! He was extremely patient during our nearly 2-year search for a property on Lake George. He was on top of the new listings and kept us informed immediately. We never felt pressured by him, he was completely honest throughout the process having our best interest always first. Then after the contract was signed, he continued to help us through the process of by contacting surveyors, the Lake George Park Commission and the Town of Queensbury on our behalf. Frankly he had more of his time invested After the Contract was signed!!! He is a rarity when it comes to service He stays with his clients Before and After the Sale!! Comment: If theres a hall of fame for real estate agents, Ashley deserves a spot at the top! We just bought our second house with her in two years, and we feel like we hit the jackpot having her on our team. Ashleys market knowledge is next level. Its like shes got a crystal ball with intel on every house for sale. Whenever we spotted something we liked, wed give her a shout and shed hit us back with all the juicy details faster than we could say sold! Organization is her middle name. From the first house tour to the final closing, Ashley kept us all in the loop with crystal-clear communication and zero guesswork. As someone who stresses over every detail, having her on our side was like having a personal zen guru. And talk about connections! With Ashleys help, we were able to assemble a dream team of industry experts, including Mary Lou Wait and Elizabeth Byrn. We felt like we had a squad of superheroes on our side! Comment: My father was helped by Tony & Valerie and asked me to post this review on his behalf:February 26, 2023Tony and ValerieApproximately 1 ½ years ago I purchased a piece of property from 2 of your agents Tony and ValerieErceg. The purchase was a pretty simple deal and closing went well. Fast forward to this year and afternot be able to obtain a C O for a cabin I had placed on the property I decided to sell. I contacted Valerieand Tony and they helped me tremendously going out of their way to help . This deal was a little morecomplicated then when I purchased as we had no C O for the cabin. Not only did they take great picturesand worked on selling the property but also contacted the county building dept. , a local engineer , thepower company , ETC. in trying to help me get my situation resolved. Comment: We can’t possible say enough about our Agent Pamela Dean. She was highly recommended to us by a chance meeting in a restaurant with folks that had just moved to the area, thanks to her. They said if you are seriously considering purchasing here, you must use Pamela Dean at Davies and Davies. They were right!! Comment: When my Wife and I decided to sell one of our homes we considered only local real Estate agents and decided on Davies and Davies because of their great, quick and clear communications. After discussing options with Agent Dan Davies we were convinced that we had made the right decision.He explained that there were no guarantees or timelines but was sincere and honest with his thoughts. My Wife and I thought that he must have a “private notebook” with people interested in homes in our area as he has been here for many years and is very active in the local community.We gave Davies and Davies the listing and expected to sell our home in a few months.
