Comment: A friend of ours recommended Renaud de Tilly as an estate agent when my husband and I decided to look for a flat to buy in New York City and I must say we were really happy with his services. He and his team organised everything for us in terms of visits etc.. and Renaud even negotiated the price with the owner of the flat we ended up buying! Comment: Renaud and his team changed my New York real estate experience.I spent 10 years in the US and I have already done business with American brokers who I often found aggressive, not very attentive to our needs as a French family and who rarely put my interests before theirs.It is never easy for a French person to understand the legal, tax and cultural differences when buying or selling real estate in the US.Renaud and his team are super responsive, very professional.
