Period. I had to do nothing, I had zero time or patience for this. Debbie sold my home, got the right price, then found perfect new home, again for the right price. That’s the deal. She is very knowledgeable about the many communities and market values and the ins and outs of real estate. When I was forced to relocate for work in 2021, I again called on Debbie to sell the house I loved. Being on the other side of the country, I was anxious about not be present but Debbie took the reigns and took care of everything for me and made it as seamless as possible. Comment: To Whom It May Concern,When I needed to sell my house in Smithtown, I called Debbie Lettieri. Why? Because in the seven years I had lived there, hers was the name I saw consistently in my mailbox. I thought that if I knew her name when I was not interested in selling or buying, she really must be good at getting her name and her sales out there! I was not disappointed!I called Debbie and left a message. When she called me back from poolside where she was on vacation, I knew she was committed to her job! Debbie did not just list and sell my house, she gave me a detailed list of things to do to make it more appealing to buyers. She showed up one day with a new shower curtain. Then a vase appeared on the counter and a lovely wreath showed up on the front door. A full color photo spread of my home, photographed to its best advantage by a professional photographer was put on the internet and glossy folios were printed up to be given to potential buyers. I am extremely proud of the professionalism in which Debbie followed our wishes and how she handled the deplorable situation. Per our contractual agreement, we requested that ALL buyers provide either pre-approval or proof of funds, which is common practice for such a significant purchase. Unfortunately, this young person and baby brother showed up playing on our property and pool area (not safe) during our open house. He was politely (and appropriately) asked who he was with and later about his pre-approval or proof-of-funds. Sadly, he thought it was acceptable to harass, make a scene on our property and bully our agent (which continues). I cannot thank Debbie enough for the incredible professionalism and help selling our pride possession. I highly recommend Debbie from Signature Premier Properties.
