Comment: Garry is an amazing realtor. I’m from NC and moved up to Glenmont, NY. Garry stayed proactive in updating listings for me and found the home I closing on today. He was constantly in communication during the whole process, with friendliness and professional tact. I was unsure at first if I’d find a home, since I bidding wars are common out here. However, he found a diamond in the rough in the little time I had to find a home. He stays on top of technological applications, to seamlessly make the signature process easy whenever required. Comment: Garry was so helpful with both buying our new house and selling our old house. He walked through our old home with us, helping us figure out how to get it ready to sell, then worked with us and our somewhat narrow list of needs and wants for a new house and found us our perfect home. Through the whole process, Garry and Laurie were available to answer questions to help us out however we needed. It was so nice to have an ally during the stressful process of buying and selling a house!

Comment: Initially we planned to sell our Voorheesville home on our own but decided that Garry and his experience would be a resource to us, would relieve us of the stress of the process and would ultimate yield a better price. Wow, he really came through! We needed some sprucing up before the sale and Garry referred trusted contractors to help us do the necessary work. He guided us to an appropriate asking price and he professionally marketed the property. In the FIRST week on the market we had over 20 showings and multiple offers, all well above ask. He helped us choose the right offer and the closing was simple.
