Comment: We couldn’t have found a better real estate agent to sell our home . Denis’s knowledge, advice and honesty about selling was invaluable to us as first time sellers . His communication skills and availability to answer any questions or concerns we had was beyond our expectations. He sold our home the first weekend he listed it and he was with us thru finding housing and closing the sale. He always made time to reply quickly to us and to show us homes we were interested in .He recommended a real estate attorney who worked with Denis and us to close the sale even after contract signed and buyer was difficult . They got us price in contract when we weren’t sure buyer would close . We highly recommend Denis and his company!!!!
