Comment: 100% would return and recommend to my friends. The apartment hunt in NYC is brutal right now- it’s easy to put a deposit down to reserve an apartment only to lose it to another agency’s client. My partner and I were in despair but finding John was a godsend. He made it easy with his transparency about what could happen throughout the application process and directed us towards other units that were even better than what we reached out for. Within a week of reaching out to Devoted, we were sitting in our new apartment. Do yourself a favor and ditch the other guys

Comment: I love this agency. Words cannot describe how happy I am with this agency and with the people who work there. I was really struggling to find an apartment that works for me, and at a price that was reasonable. I was getting really discouraged until Devoted Real Estate reached out to me via an app I was using for my search.John is incredibly honest, extremely thorough, and truly supportive. He told me that if I dont like what he shows me, he will work to find me something that works for me. He showed me two beautiful places, and I was surprised by the price. John was very attentive to what I was looking for, and I highly recommend working with him. A huge thank you to Moe too for all your help, it means a lot. You guys truly rock, and I am very happy with my new apartment.

Comment: I had the pleasure of working with John and he is absolutely wonderful. I applied for my apartment on a Monday and by Friday, John let me know I was approved. Amazing service, quick turn around time and extremely responsive. If for whatever I have to move again, I’ll definitely be coming back to these guys.

Comment: Since i first came in contact with this real estate all the vibes has been positive. Where ever we had to meet they was on time. Any question i had they had the answers. When we was in the process of applying for an apartment the landlord rented out but the real estate found us another one right away and we got approved. I would highly recommend them

Comment: This place is absolutely amazing.I was starting to become a bit disheartened as my apartment search for a place within my price range was starting to look a bit out of reach.I initially reached out to Devoted in search of a studio apartment. I saw some of the postings online and applied for one of the apartments but unfortunately, it was taken already. Then I received a phone call from John, one of the Realtors at the office.I spoke with John and he let me know that they may have other apartments within that price range and to stop down at the office to take a look.Overall, I worked with Devoted for about a week and found an amazing apartment. Not only were we able to close a deal in a week, but it was also an upgrade from a studio to a 1BR at the same price tag.Honest,polite, and professional. Absolutely fantastic service -- 10/10. I will definitely be looking forward to working with John and Moe again in the future if needed.

Comment: Devoted real estate literally goes by its name -Devoted. Totally . The agents are so devoted to helping you find an apartment. They work so good with you and with the management. They make sure you get an apartment and fast too! My agent, John, was so great. He made it so easy for me and for my parents. Our credit was average and our income was average too hence we felt so confused and so lost. But he showed us so many apartments in one day and the paperwork was ready all in one day ! Fast service. I definitely recommend going to Devoted Real Estate. They really are devoted !

Comment: Apartment hunting is definitely no walk in the park. Ive been looking for an apartment for about a year. There were a lot of frog like apartments out there... I believe Ive seen over 50 apartments. And then *POOF* - on Monday night I contacted Devoted Realty on Naked Apartments site. I got a call from John on Tuesday afternoon, saw the apartment two hours after the call, fell in LOVE with the apartment, and that was the end of my endless apartment viewings. I was approved within a day and was able to sign the lease today.Working with John has been a pleasure. He is patient and willing to answer all my questions. I probably asked him 100 questions today! This is the first time I havent felt anxious about moving. John made sure I was prepared and always answered my texts within a few minutes.I had the pleasure meeting Mo today and I have to say that my impression of these two gentlemen is that they are respectful, patient, and pretty awesome. I definitely recommend working with them to find your next perfect dream home. I havent told them this yet, but Ive already given my colleague their info!!
