Comment: We have worked with DiGiulio Group twice. Our first experience was with Charmine, who no longer works there, and she was great. Our most recent experience was this July 2020, with Alex (also great). Alex was extremely direct from the start about when and where to meet. He arrived on time each time we met with him, and he was knowledgeable of the locations. He made us feel like he was a third friend helping us look for a place - he gave honest opinions about pros and cons of each listing we saw and didn’t make it feel like he was pushing a sale on us. He really listened to feedback about what we liked and didn’t like about each place to help us narrow down what was most important and help us find the best option for us. Ask for Alex! He’s great.

Comment: Had a terrific experience with DiGiulio. Mike Djozic was terrific. From showing the apartment on short notice, handling the necessary paperwork, always being available for questions, and working with me to reach a fair lease agreement with the landlord, he made everything simple and made sure I was comfortable at each step of the way. Mike has even followed up with me since I moved in to make sure everything is going well and to see if there is anything else he can do. If youre looking for a new place and want someone you can trust, I would highly recommend Mike.

Comment: This real estate agency was a god send! Mike and Pavlos were incredibly diligent and patient with me. I have been searching for a 2 bedroom for several months and have been given the run around working with a different real estate agency. My experience working with The Digiulio Group was amazing and I was shocked at how great their service was! They found me the perfect apartment in the neighbor I wanted well within my price range. Mike was able to answer all of my questions and assisted me with the application process. Comment: Midhet was everything you’d want: helpful, clear, accessible, and most of all, just friendly. I saw a place in the evening and wanted it right then so Kemar, who was showing it, rode the subway 40 minutes back to their office with me to get started on the application. Midhet walked me through it, answering all of my questions along the way.One of many examples of him going above and beyond: he made himself available early on a Saturday morning so I could see the place in the daylight (and he also brought coffee) and generally just worked around my crazy schedule and followed-up accordingly at each step. He made what could’ve been a long and awful process that much faster and easier.

Comment: This review is long overdue but moving out and finding a decent size apartment for a reasonable price in NYC while PREGNANT is not easy but Zane and Mario made the impossible possible. They were both so diligent and took the time to meet with me and met all my demands and I had quite a few - elevator, spacious apartment, nice area, close to public transportation, laundry unit, etc.Prior to me and partner moving in, Zane, Mario,, and the management office worked closely together on making any improvements to the apartment. They even replaced the bathroom floor tiles when I only asked for the toilet to be changed because it was lopsided and without a lid. They honestly went above and beyond. I can not say enough good things about this realty group. They are honestly very nice and actually listen to their clients. So do not hesitate to reach out and work with this great company. This review is to recognize the professionalism, kindness and hard work of Zane and Mario.

Comment: I found a great Manhattan apartment through the DiGiulio group and especially enjoyed working with Charmine Fraboni, who really felt like a friend (Adam Sindeband was also very helpful, especially in addressing what is typical when looking in NYC and helping me plan).I was very hesitant to use a broker (mostly because of the expensive 15% annual rent fee) - but after a discouraging search on my own (and with the only decent places I saw also requiring 15% fee, despite their not representing me), I decided to at least see a few places with Charmine. She was lovely and really earned my trust; having someone so friendly to work with eased a stressful process incredibly, and I’d highly recommend working with her!The third place we saw was perfect - and also due to the really kind landlord - I signed my lease the very next day!After deciding to apply (the landlord was there to show us the place, which helped the process, since he could casually interview me, as well as my mom/co-guarantor), we went back to the DiGiulio office to complete the paperwork. Charmine, Adam, and several others were efficient, patient, and effective, submitting everything that afternoon - and within less than 2 hours of submitting, I’d heard that I’d been approved. We finished details and met with the landlord the next day (Charmine accompanied). The process was so much smoother than I’d imagined it would be!I really appreciated how accessible and attentive Charmine was (text, email, and phone) - I had a lot of questions and initially was unusually skeptical about the process. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the professionalism I experienced with the DiGiulio group, the apartments they showed me (especially the one I chose), and most of all, with how nice Charmine was. I’m really glad I ended up working with her! Thank you!

Comment: I highly recommend the Digiulio group real estate and Marko Arsic. I went to New York with my family to find an apartment for myself as I’m moving there in a couple of weeks to go to school. We met Marko in his office and discussed everything prior to seeing anything —something which doesn’t always happen with other companies. After a long day of walking in the heat, we finally found a nice studio in upper west side manhattan. We were very pleased with this company and with Marko who was so kind and helpful.

Comment: Justin with his professionalism made the communication better after we had this experience.We made an appointment to look at apartments, but they didn’t tell us what we needed should we find an apartment that we like. They weren’t upfront about their broker fee. Does everyone carry their tax returns and/or bank statements with them everywhere? Or their college acceptance letters? It is easier to by a house because they let you know what you need upfront. The broker fee should be included in the first year’s rent. Their lack of communication was unprofessional when it came to the financials andhow quickly everything would be due. However, they were patient while looking, and they answered any questions that we had. After speaking to Justin, he was very kind and reached out to us when we were having financial issues. He is a very open and understanding guy who truly cares about his clients and what he does. He made compromises wherever he could and was very willing to work with us.

Comment: Justin DiGiulio deserves a five star review, but his team needs to learn a thing or two.I reached out to The DiGiulio Group to assist with my apartment search based on a recommendation. Almost immediately, an agent, Odette, reached out to me about viewing apartments. I told her a little about myself and gave her my budget, and she scheduled some viewings for me the following day.When I arrived at the office, Odette was not available to meet, as another person in the waiting room had the same appointment time as me. Instead, the owner, Justin, met with me. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions, making me feel confident he could find something in my budget.After meeting with Justin, an agent, Christina, took us to view apartments. Christina did not seem to have much knowledge of the city, as I had to give her directions to every apartment we visited. She set up four viewings, only gaining access to two of the buildings for viewing. When I wasnt interested in either apartment, I asked Christina to find something for me in a higher budget. Instead of trying to help me, she pushed me to raise my budget further than I was comfortable, then referred me back to Justin. Justin set up a new apartment for me to see, and Christina never reached out to me to schedule a viewing of this new apartment. I ended up finding an apartment elsewhere on my own.Justin gave me a five star experience in my apartment search. However, I did not feel like I was in competent hands with my team. If they handled apartment seekers the way Justin did, The DiGiulio Group would be worthy of five stars.

Comment: Recently moved here from PA and found navigating the retail market to be incredibly complicated--on top of feeling like everyone was trying to take advantage of me. The DiGiulio Group did NOT. They spent a TON of time with me giving solid advice even when it wasnt in their best financial interest. After helping find my apt, they walked me through the whole process and stayed on top of everything through signing. At no point was I rushed or pressured to make any decision. Comment: Adam & Luis are definitely the guys you want on your side. I was a bit nervous contacting at first, because we had history with a previous broker who turned out to not really fulfill our needs. But from the start, Luis emailed back immediately on a Wednesday night & kept contact with me through the entire process. Even down to offering to pick up the rent check and help us get it to the landlord. On top of that, they both were incredibly cognizant of my study schedule during my final exams week, and made sure to get everything I needed in the midst of studying. They both answered all of my questions, and didnt hesitate to find out immediately if they didnt have an answer right then. Adam did a great job finding us an apartment that was within our budget, and that actually even had an extra bedroom. On the day of the actual apartment showings, we met Adam in his office where he discussed all of our needs. One of which was being able to find space for a golden retriever in NYC. And then he had Luis take us to the apartments. Luis did a great job of asking for what we liked/what we didnt like in each apartment, and made sure to talk us through each apartment. Its not common to find people in NYC who are just absolutely willing to help you find what you need, but are willing to go above and beyond your expectations. If youre looking for an apartment in the city, you can trust that these guys will take care of you!
