Comment: If you are looking for a broker that will treat every transaction with white glove service then look no further, Renee is the one! She represented me ten years ago when I purchased my coop on shore road that I loved so much! She met all my criteria’s, including only showing me places with a view all while staying in my budget.I moved to Florida and put my coop for sale. Renee got multiple offers within a week. After my listing sat on the market with a different broker (a friend) for months. my only regret was not choosing Renee sooner. She hand held and guided me through the entire transaction including managing the work needed since I was out of state. First off, Renee was humble and gracious to congratulate me on my accepted offer.
