Comment: I recently worked with Kristin Altfather Fox and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was trying to find a home during the pandemic which was a little bit challenging at first due to the phase restrictions; however having Kristin as my agent made the process so much easier. Kristin was extremely knowledgeable with the locations I was interested in. She was very responsive and was super diligent with contacting the properties and setting up various appointments as soon as they were available due to covid. Kristin has a friendly personality. She is very positive and personable and I felt so comfortable speaking with her. Kristin provided me with additional options and locations in my budget and she always kept me in the loop. She even walked around with me in a neighborhood I was not familiar with after a showing. It was especially helpful to have Kristin to work with as I was new to the housing market and she was informative every step of the way.
