Comment: When it was time to sell my moms house, Edna was recommended by a trusted neighbor who had also used her. Upon initial contact, she was immediately responsive and met with us personally to review our home. As the principle of a large brokerage, she could easily have passed us on to a team member, but we worked exclusively with her. This was a true delight as her level of responsiveness to all inquiries was fantastic, regardless of the issue. Throughout showing the home, she would routinely empty a basement dehumidifier and freshen up insect traps...who does that?! She brought many potential buyers through our home in this fast paced crazy market, ultimately moving to contract and closure. The greatest challenge of these days is the complexity of remote closings which can unexpectedly extend timelines, over which real estate professionals have little control. Edna was a calming entity throughout this process, appropriately exerting her influence to move things along. I would highly recommend using her within the Great Neck, NY area which she knows quite well.

After both my parent’s passing at the height of Covid, and the subsequent challenges of long distance emptying of the home they had lived in for 66 years, Edna stepped in to stage the house for sale. Over a number of months she facilitated small repairs and resolved other stumbling blocks between weekend open houses. Being far away, she was our eyes to be sure the house presented well, and made herself continually available to check on the house. She maintained a positive attitude throughout the slow process of wading through layers of approvals with everything taking longer than in normal times. Over the months while waiting for the house to close, we spoke and texted often, and Edna stayed on top of everything. I highly recommend Edna Mashaal for your real estate needs. February 2021

She is the most professional, honest, responsive and knowledgeable agent we ever met. Comment: My sister and I sold our fathers house, and both of us live out of state. Edna was an incredible resource for us. Beyond selling our house immediately, negotiating a great price and being our go to advisor, she also provided much-needed on the ground support. She handled things we couldnt like keeping the lawn well groomed and dealing with the water company to shut off the water (going above and beyond by waiting for them for hours until they showed up). Plus shes a lovely woman. Incredibly honest, responsive and trustworthy. Lastly, my sister and I have high expectations and are often disappointed by everyone we work with, as they never seem to have a strong work ethic. Edna somehow exceeded our expectations which isnt an easy feat. Highly recommend.
