Comment: Natan Malyutan was truly one of the most professional, helpful realtors we had ever dealt with. Having bought and sold 5 houses in 3 different states I feel like I could say that. Sold our home within a week. Worked with the buyers continually as we were not living in NY at the time. He always was a calming voice in what could have been a very stressful sale.

Comment: I cant recommend Ben Lazari and his associates at Elbe Realty highly enough. They helped me find and land in a dream apartment. I was under pressure because my previous landlord is selling the building I have lived in for 12 years. I had been looking for close to 10 weeks before I found this team and this unit, and I had experienced a lot of broker neglect. Ben and Elbe Realty were real advocates. They worked with my schedule, they communicated clearly and responded quickly. They told me what to expect. They helped me pull together a complicated application to present to a co-op board. Whenever I felt anxious, I knew I could call or text Ben, and he would respond quickly and reassure me. Working with Ben and his colleagues has been a totally enjoyable experience. I am so grateful.

Comment: The best real estate company I came across with, they helped me out tremendously with getting a house and negotiating the closing process.
