Comment: Sold a 4-story, 3-family townhouse in Park Slope Brooklyn, May 2020My husband and I worked closely with Eli Haliva as our broker for six months while our Park Slope, Brooklyn townhouse was on the market. Throughout this time, it was a pleasure to work with Eli. He demonstrated professionalism at every stage of the selling process. Our house is composed of a duplex with tenants in each of the upper two floors. While arranging Open Houses and walk-through appointments, Eli was always very considerate. For example, he was careful to arrange viewings at the convenience of our tenants as well as at the convenience of potential buyers. When he organized Open Houses, he immediately followed up with each person who came to view the house.Eli is a good communicator who answers texts and emails just about as soon as he receives them. In addition, Eli has a low key approach to the selling process. He never pressured us to reduce our asking price or to accept an offer that was below our targeted sale price.
