Comment: I have rented through Elizabeth and her team for about 5 years now. They are quick to fix any issues the unit may have (less than a handful through the years) and respond quickly after hours. Their maintenance guy (Mike Kraus) is great. They have more than one but I always ask for Mike. Elizabeth has answered texts and/or calls after hours and has been more than accommodating if things come up in life. Her assistant Laurie is average, to say the least, compared to the other assistant Any. Their pet policy is next to none, I really enjoy the fact that my pet sec deposit is refundable, I always felt when agencies or land lords keep the pet security (with no damage) that they are just in it for the extra cash. Not with Elizabeth!
