When it was time to sell our home, he came to our house to look at it and made suggestions on what we can do to get the most value. He sat with us for hours and ran through what to expect and how to make the process easier on us. He had Tyler from the Envision team come take photos and they came out incredible. We had so many showings lined up after he made our listing live that we were barely home the first few days. We didn’t even make it to the open house before getting an offer above asking, which we accepted.When we were ready to buy, it was during a crazy market and Chip made sure to stay on top of everything and made the process painless. He was showing us multiple houses a week and moved fast when one popped up that we wanted to see. We saw so many houses before we found ours and he never seemed to get annoyed or bothered by us asking to see yet another house. Every time we looked at houses, he looked through every nook and cranny to make sure there were no problems. He brought up anything that might be an issue down the road and told us what it might end up costing us. When we ran into a few issues with buying the home we wanted, Chip stepped up and took the reins and fought for us to get it. He went above and beyond what a normal real estate agent would do. He made sure to constantly check in on us and made us feel like we were his top priority.It’s been over a week now since we closed and he still checks in on us to see how we’re doing or if we need anything. Towards the end it felt like he was a friend and we are so grateful we got to work with him. I really can’t say enough good things about Chip. You can tell this is definitely what he is meant to do.
