Also she must be patient and smart. Im not a native English speaker and sometimes still get confused by English, however her attitude never changed, always kind (also cheerful!!) and tried to understand what I wanted to say. I really appreciate it.When she showed me the apartment, she seemed already on good term with the current tenants, so I felt relaxed to ask questions to the current tenant.I already recommended Marie to my friends when they want to find a new place. Unlike many brokers and realtor companies out there, that you may contact for a showing and move on once you dont like an apartment and or other logistics dont work out, Isaac kept in touch. He frequently emailed me with other options keeping in mind my needs/apartment requirements. Never, have I ever come across a broker that actually takes his/her time to go above and beyond. Yes, there is a $100 application fee and a $1,000 good faith deposit towards the brokers fee or the security deposit. Isaac explained all of this once I found my apartment. Everything was clear and cut and the whole process was smooth. Would definitely recommend Isaac at ERN Flats if youre looking for an exceptional broker who actually does his job.

We saw one we really liked and put down a deposit.Neil called us the next day to tell us someone else had put down a deposit with another agent in the company earlier that day.He offered to return the deposit to us and show us the 3 other options that we had seen the day before. He sent the deposit back that day and we told him we’ll let him know about the others.We took the next week looking at other places with a different firm, but no luck.We came back to Neil and asked if one of the other options was still available and he said yes. We put down our deposit right away. We were approved the next day, and had a lease in hand two days later!We are living here for a month now and couldn’t be more thrilled!Thank you so much to Neil and team for working with us throughout this grueling process. Comment: My husband and I were moving to the city after he got a new job. Long story short, we were moving from LA to NYC in 21 days. Which was a ton of logistics (and granted both of us a few gray hairs), but most importantly we needed something good and we needed it quick. I responded to an ad on StreetEasy Saturday night and Isaac reached out shortly after to show me the place on Sunday morning as I was only in New York for the weekend.We put in a bid for another unit (not with Isaac) on Sunday and found out on Thursday evening that they went with another applicant. Back to the start, I jumped back on StreetEasy and expressed in another unit Isaac had listed. He called immediately and asked what happened with the other unit and wanted to know what I was looking for. He presented a handful options and we went back and forth about what we were looking for.We applied for a spot with Isaac on Friday and signed the lease on Tuesday. In this entire apartment-hunting process, I can say with the utmost certainty that I never worked with a better and more professional broker than Isaac. He was incredibly upfront about the apartment and it was obvious that he has your best interest in mind. He is clear, concise, and communicative about every step of the process. On our way out of the building with him, we actually ran into a couple who he had just moved into the unit above the one he showed us. It was obvious with how happy they were to see him that they had a great experience, and definitely left an impression on us.

Comment: I highly recommend ERN Flats when it comes to searching for your new home in NYC! I was definitely nervous to start my apartment search remotely. Not only am I moving to New York from out of state, but the COVID-19 crisis also presented additional challenges when it came to apartment hunting. I initially came across one of ERNs listings on StreetEasy and contacted Marie, the agent for the listing. Marie was quick to respond to my emails and was able to set up a day and time for a virtual tour of the unit. Throughout the entire process Marie answered all of my questions and helped me with each step along the way. Neil was also extremely helpful and was able to facilitate several FaceTime meetings in order for me to meet with the building management and do a virtual lease signing. When I went into the remote apartment hunting process, I was fully expecting to encounter issues and have trouble finding a place, but with ERN the process was so smooth and easy! Comment: If youre looking for new home you must work with Ern Flats! My boyfriend and I were looking tirelessly for an apartment in the Brooklyn and Bronx area, and we were exhausted in trying to find a reliable real estate agent and the right apartment for us. I came into contact with Neil through Streeteasy, and he contacted me within the hour, and scheduled the viewing that same day! He wasnt able to make it to the viewing, but he sent his associate Kevin who was also a major help. After viewing the apartment we knew we wanted it. Kevin suggested that we act fast because he was going to show to 3 other clients. We then left a deposit and Kevin and Neil were able to assist us through the application.
