She got me and my husband our original offer on a house,which now a days is unheard of, we heard horror stories how they work you up over your your budget, she stayed the course and hammered the sellers agent the benefits of selling us the house,instead of having us raise our offer.I dont know how you did it,but thank you so much Wendy.we were willing to go a little higher but she said give me 1 week before we raise our offer and she made it happen, and now we have extra left over to remodel the master bath, you are one of a kind. My sister and her husband want to meet you this week, they are ready!!!

Comment: My husband and I cannot begin to express how Mr. Lewis has helped our family both sell and buy a new home. Our daughter is going through a difficult divorce and wanted to sell her home because they could no longer could afford the upkeep. Her husband was difficult throughout the process. This was the case until John entered the picture. He became the voice of reason and through a bit of cajoling and reasonable arguments, he convinced my daughters husband that it was in their best interest to sell their home.This was not an easy task, to say the least. Somehow, John was able to make it happen. After one showing and a very successful Open House, many offers poured in. John was able to negotiate a fair price for the sale of their home. Within a very short period of time, John was also able to find her a condo, and, once again, negotiate a fair price for a lovely condo in a gated community. He was a life saver and she now has a home where her little family can get a fresh start.John is a expert negotiator and he knows how to move people in positive directions most beneficial to them.We can only reemphasize that our daughters situation was dire. Without Johns help it looked like she would never get out of a bad situation. He is our hero. It was not easy to deal with the husband and wife separately and make everyone happy, but John DID. He was always available to ease her fears and frustrations and guide her down the right path (and us too!)This is not the first time we have had to deal with realitors - selling an in-laws home, selling our home and buying our present home. Comment: Erme Flores reviewed Jeff Hopkins of Exit Realty AchieveJeff helped me buy a home, working with him was great. He enabled us to fulfill our dream. Before Jeff, I had worked with three other VERY well known real estate agencies local in the area and they made our house hunting experience awful. So awful, that they never even took the time to listen and hear what we wanted in a home. It seemed that we would look at houses that interested them and not us, there was never any attempt of negotiations. It was so bad that all of them told me that I would not find a home, instead I would need to save up more because there was absolutely nothing out there for us. (By the way they only showed us homes from their company listings.) Hope was down for my wife and I, we were ready to quit, then came Jeff . Jeff came to visit us and listen to what we wanted in a home, the price on a home that we were able to afford, basically we wanted someone that could negotiate for us and not for themselves. Jeff did an excellent job, he made a list of homes that matched our needs, he was very precise and knowledgeable in the area, very patient and easy to communicate with and his negotiation skills were on point and working at all times, for us!!!!!! Jeff made our experience great, we never felt pressured, we felt that we were in the drivers seat the whole time, unlike the other agents we had. Comment: I was disappointed in my 2 month search for a new apartment with realtors who all seemed to have the same character flaws. If they werent ignoring our calls, they were dressed unprofessional, late to showings, uncaring or they were trying to push properties on us that didnt fit our requirements. I was starting to believe I would never find a new property until I met Kendra Demostene at Exit Realty Achieve and right away we could tell there was something different about her. She was courteous, energetic, thoughtful, polite and get this... she actually looked like a realtor!! She actually LISTENED (which I was beginning to believe was a lost art) when I explained to her that I wanted to stay within a certain price range! She didnt try the typical realtor trick of showing me something really nice out of my price range in hopes that I would accept that actually happened to us twice before. In other words she didnt waste my time or hers which is commendable. She also did something that Ill bet the kitchen sink that none of her previous comrades would have ever even considered. She trekked all the way to Brooklyn from Long Island in a massive snowstorm to show us a listing! I couldnt believe it. She impressed me time and time again over the short 2 week period that we had the privilege of enjoying. Her hard work paid off for all parties involved she found us a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment that exceeded our expectations and we couldnt be more thankful. She mustve been the product of divine intervention. If thats so, and God really sent an angel to save us from the real estate abyss, let me just say God I owe you one!! For future endeavors there is no doubt in my mind who the right realtor is for the job!! If all your agents conduct themselves with the class, dignity and professionalism that Kendra Demosthene did then Exit Realty Achieve is a force to be reckoned with!! That type of dedication is rare in so many aspects of todays society that it is refreshing when you finally cross paths with it even in a business transaction. Comment: We never expected to sell our home as quickly as we did, especially with so many houses on the market in our community. We hired Janis Thurnau from Exit Realty in Smithtown. After she looked at the competition she let us know what she should do to make our house stand out, and we did it. The offer we accepted came in very soon afterward, and we sold our house for the highest price of the same style home. Needless to say, we were very happy. She always kept us up-to-date on what was happening, made several trips to the house and to our attorney... whatever it took to expedite the closing. It went like clockwork. I would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling a house.

Whenever I had a question, Natalie has always been able to give me an accurate and helpful answer, and always very timely as well. I had serious doubts about being able to sell my house for an acceptable price in this market, but I firmly believe, that if it werent for Natalies knowledge and keen negotiating skills, a deal would not have been struck, and I would still be looking for a buyer.
