Comment: After living in our home of 34 years in Fresh Meadows my wife and I decided to cash in on our well renovated home. It was a big deal for us and we wanted to make sure that we had the best realtors. We interviewed four different realtors and were very fortunate that Exit Realty made their pitch to us. They were easily the most persuasive, best prepared and most convincing of the four.When Solomon Davydov and his associate Tammy took us on I knew we were in good hands.My wife and I were undecided about when to list the house. It was the dead of winter and I thought we might get more activity when the weather got warmer. Solomon advised us to list when it was bitter cold. He told us that we would get a more serious buyer. A lot of people like to go look at houses when the weather’s nice but only folks who are really serious about purchasing come out when the days are hard and cold. His advice proved to be correct. We were able to sell our house in less than 5 weeks.My wife and I weren’t keen to the idea of an open house so Solomon and Exit were able to accommodate us with individual showings where we were able to remain in the house, and all of the prospective buyers were prescreened as qualified buyers before the showings were even scheduled.Solomon and Tammy and Exit provided us with a smooth, orderly and efficient sale. They were up front and honest throughout the entire process and I felt I was in the best and most experienced hands. They always tried to get me the best deal and they did get me very top dollar. They even negotiated closing dates with the buyer so that we weren’t rushed out of the premises and we were better able to coordinate moving into our new property.The trust that we developed in Solomon and Exit Realty made the whole process quite painless as we would look forward to the showings knowing that the buyers were serious and eminently qualified.
