Comment: We recently bought then sold a house and used Kay Graves for our transactions. She brings 30 years of experience and wisdom to both the buying and selling transaction and did an amazing job for us. She knew how to make the buying transaction flow while keeping our home inspector, attorney, and bank working efficiently as a team. She knew how to help us prepare and then price our old house to not undercut the market, yet induce a feeding frenzy of interest that made our house sell with no inspection at $15k over asking price in one week. Kay is truly a master-level realtor who I would feel confident trusting with our biggest asset--my house. We felt like she was worth every penny of commission and navigating this process alone or with an amateur would have been an enormous mistake.

Comment: For the first ever actual home buying experience, we worked with Exit Homeward Bound; specifically Bob. Personally, I can’t say enough about everyone in this office, but professionally, I was ready to be tough on them. I wanted to make sure everything was right; I had multiple questions that I asked more than once; i even was hard on them for things they couldn’t totally control. When spending the most money in someone’s life on one purchase, you expect to have a difficult job. Bob and his team came thru with flying colors. Even though I knew to myself I wasn’t going to make it easy, they were respectful, prompt, and so easy to work with. After 7 months, 61 houses, and 3 rejected offers, I’m proud to say we closed and are moving into our first house. Some customers think they know it all; they just want to berate folks because they lost a bid; an offer; etc. But when it comes to the effort and trustworthiness of an agent and staff, I wouldn’t look anywhere else than Bob and his excellent team. They know how to ethically and professionally get you into the right home
