Comment: If you are embarking on the insanity of finding a new home in New York City, there’s no need to work with anybody other than Joe DiPiazza and EXR. Joe’s organization, communication, and execution through the entire process is flawless, and EXR’s backbone infrastructure and support is very, very strong. I had a quick cutover to a new career in NYC, and by working his realty magic, Joe was able to get me in my new home within a week. Like I said, flawless. 10/10, amazing, gifted type of work. Comment: After meeting with several brokers in the Williamsburg/Greenpoint area, I had lost faith, but then came along Dan Falconetti at EXR who is by far the best broker I have experienced! Right off the bat he was accommodating when visiting listings and utilized our apartment search preferences and criteria to then suggest additional listings that were available. When we had settled on a place, he worked hard to get the paperwork through and maintain steady negotiations with the landlord and his broker, especially during the lease signing he was a great asset in negotiating with the landlord! Even after the signing of the lease, he ensured that everything was okay with the apartment and even had the keys ready for us already. I am happy that we stumbled upon Dan at EXR as it got us to the great place I call home! Thanks again Dan!

Comment: Yusuf Wilson is your guy, came up big just like Kevin Durant in these NBA Finals.1. Has very good judgement in pre screening potential tenants for room share pairs. Gains great perspective on the personalities, characteristics, and mindsets of potential with exceptional communication.2. Very skilled at selling apartments and rooms to by helping potential tenants envision their belongs into the apartment. I was paired with 2 roommates, 1 roommate was vetted by Yusuf and other wasnt. Yusufs judgement was on the money as me and my fellow roommate meshed greatly. After a couples the roommate situation wasnt working out due to difficulties with the other roommate and I decided sub leasing was the best option.3. Skillful in deploying resources including staff, advertisement, and man hours knowing there wouldnt be any brokers fee rewarded.4. Flexibility is his strong suit as possible renters requested viewings on my rooms at many different times of the day and days of the week. Yusuf appeared at majority of the viewings or deployed a member of his team. After 3 months an individual responding to his advertisement decided to lease the room.My experience dealing with Yusuf is, I highly recommend anyone using him as their realtor because of his dedication to finding individual or family a great home. The best advice in dealing with him is the oldest advice, If you want respect, you give respect because you can certainly use all the help you can get when trying to get out of a jam as I once were in.
