Comment: Initially i was rather skeptical because i so often read reviews and stumbled across some negative ones regarding this realty.I truly needed to move,so i decided to call them in.To my surprise, they were quite professional and informative.I wasnt happy in the beginning about the $50 application fee,but trust me its worth it ...and it was a one time feefor two apartment showings and the second i was totally happy with.If you want to save the headaches of searching for an apartment on your own, just pay the fee and let these guys go to work for you.Some of them appear rude,but who cares, i dont need you to be my friend, just know the business,and find me the apartment i want.My advise is, if you have the deposit money for the apartment, and they give you a location youre happy with,just stop by in person, fill the application out, and get the process rolling as quickly as possible.
