She is detail oriented, honest and good with people. Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Katiana is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Katiana moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair.
