When we contacted him recently about selling this house and buying a new one he was extremely supportive and led us in the right direction every step of the way. He is a true professional and knows simply everything there is about real estate. Now when I look back, I am so glad I went with John and his team and am very satisfied with my experience with them. Even though the process was a bit stressful at times and we had lost the first deal that was under contract, I got a better deal right after. John’s timely involvement with all the issues reduced the complexity of the situation. Comment: John was a great and knowledgeable resource in selling our Mothers home in New Hyde Park.We were a bit skeptical with his initial estimate in regard to pricing, (much higher than we thought) but after he presented some facts and reasoning behind his price point we went with him as a listing agent.He took great photos and the listing was beautiful. He was familiar with the people who would be potential buyers and why they would be interested. He gathered the offers and presented them to us in a clear manner and gave his opinion about each one.In the end, the home sold above asking - almost exactly what he thought it would sell for initially. He handled all of the appointments, the inspection and walk through. Everything was seamless and professional. He was prompt with communication and crystal clear.I would recommend him as a listing agent.

About 8 years ago, my husband and I were having trouble selling our co-op in queens and luckily, a family member introduced us to John. He knew exactly how to price it right and got it done for us!
