If it wasn’t for Raja Tayeb and Moshin Khan from FIT Realty, this purchase wouldn’t taken place in time and I would’ve had to pay a large amount of tax on my proceeds/profit from the sale in December. They have helped me tremendously in the entire process of selling and buying a replacement property within a confined time during pandemic. They both went above and beyond to help me sell my house at my desired price and purchase a great property at an amazing location for a reasonable price. 😍Working with them, I realized Raja and his team are not only very professional but also have their clients’ best interest in mind when negotiating deals unlike many other brokers/agents that I’ve worked with in past.Due to pandemic, I was confined to my house without a printer to sign bank documents for contract signing or my loan application process, Raja had his assistant Humayra digitize/docusign all the documents when that wasn’t even their responsibility.What I truly appreciate about Raja and his team is that they’re passionate about helping people as friends by educating them about the market, loan rates, outlining sell/buy roadmap and closing processes so we can be informed buyers/sellers. Comment: Prior to working with the FIT Realty team, I was stuck in a 6 month contract with a very well-known real estate company. Despite their popularity, they failed to deliver, providing me with little feedback and advice, and after 6 months, ZERO offers. I was very apprehensive about re-starting the selling process with a new real estate company. However in stark contrast to my previous experience, Raja Tayeb and the FIT realty team provided me with an amazing selling experience. They listed the property on several sites, organized multiple open houses and private showings, assisted with staging our property, provided me with weekly email reports with feedback and updates, and were always a text or phone call away if I had any concerns.
