Comment: My wife and I purchased a property in the Upper Delaware River region back in 2016. At the time, we were out of the Philadelphia area looking for a secondary home. We came across Tom Freda and the Freda Team by wanting to see a home they were listing. If I remember correctly, we called him on a Saturday, and he was willing to show us the property the next day. Although it was not the right one for us, we retained Tom for our continued search, and he helped us understand the area and put up with us while we searched and found our new home. His knowledge of the area, having grown up there, was immense. Tom and the Freda group are still there for us today. He is a friend that we are lucky to have. There is no better real estate group than the Freda Real Estate Team.

Comment: We have been renting a property through Freda Realty for many years. Tom Freda is one of the most caring people I know. When a tree fell on our road, Tom showed up at the house with a chain saw a half hour later. Always ready to lend a hand.Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. It doesnt matter if you are looking to buy in New York or in Pennsylvania, no oneknows the area as well as Freda Real Estate.Experience matters and they are super nice. There is a reason they have been in business for over 50 years.

Having contacted several in the area, the only realtor who replied in a timely way was Freda.Tom and Linda of Freda Realty were so thoughtful in their approach to listing our home. They appreciated our home and our property and helped us connect with excellent local businesses to address any issues prior to selling.They priced our home within the range we hoped for and had multiple cash buyers interested within days of the listing. They are compassionate people who love their jobs.Linda even helped bring our donations tolocal charities on our last day. Top of the their profession and a wonderful, honest and respectful team. I can’t imagine going through this process without them.

Comment: Linda Mulligan is the best realtor Ive worked with in 35 years. Ive bought and sold houses/condos/co-ops in Manhattan, Pennsylvania, Florida and Arizona. She listens to your needs and gets it immediately. She follows up thoroughly without being a nag. Throughout this process of buying, shes always gotten answers for me quickly. Im buying an inexpensive townhouse but shes treated me as if its a multi-million dollar palace. Ive had tons of issues throughout this deal and shes been a creative problem solver at every bump in the road. I highly recommend.
