Comment: The best real estate agent and a very good person to communicate too. Also very knowledgeable in his field. I called him over the weekend, without ever talking to him before, because I was dealing with issues with our tenant not paying rent. He not only spend time talking and explaining whats our options are, but gave us real solutions and experienced people to contact to. When you buy, rent in Brooklyn or South Florida for yourself or as an investment property he will guide you through the whole process with his knowledge and expertise.

Comment: I had several properties in Brooklyn NY which I purchased and sold. I worked with many Real Estate companies and agents. Gelfand Realty was the best one I had business with.Excellent initial property analysis, professional selling and buying strategies, superb advertisement, highly intelligent communications with prospective sellers and buyers, availability, constant support- these are not even a touch of everything this company would offer you once you become their client.I would like to tell everyone, I am not involved in this company and have no any relationships with Gelfand Realty besides business of selling out my last property in NY which was successfully sold this February. I am a resident of Tennessee and have no interest in advertising them . I am writing this just because I was extremely pleased with their help.Gelfand Realty would be my only choice if I ever decided to buy or to sell property in NY.I recommend them without any reservations.You will never be disappointed.

Comment: Boris (also known as Bob) was a consummate gentleman. While the process of selling in Florida was very unfamiliar to me, he helped me a great deal in navigating the process -- and basically took the reins in finding a qualified buyer that would actually follow through for very close to my asking price. I would recommend Gelfand Realty to anyone in Florida looking to sell their place.
