Comment: If I could give 10 stars, I would!Vanessa is what every real estate agent should be: caring, patient, knowledgeable, tenacious, a great communicator, and a fantastic negotiator. I was kept in the loop from the very beginning; I NEVER had to worry about a thing: and I received an outstanding price for my mothers home.What makes Vanessa and GPS so incredibly different is their attention to their clients and their needs. There was nothing Vanessa wouldnt do; she went above and beyond so many times that I lost count. Even AFTER the house was sold, Vanessa helped me get a great agent in PA and (I swear this is true) offered to drive me to PA to meet them and see a house. What other agent would do that for a client?!?!You will be doing yourself a disservice if you dont call GPS. Vanessa is assured of every referral Ill ever make.

I wanted to move from Arizona to N.Y. my niece told me of a company, for about 3 months I didnt hear a word so I called her, I told her of a house I wanted to buy, she told me I didnt want that house. I couldnt see the house because I was in Arizona. I found GPS on the internet and called the number, Vanessa answered and that was all I had to do, except move, she took care of everything. She made me feel so comfortable as if Ive always known her. 8 years and Im still here. I was going to put my house up for sale the first person I called was Vanessa. She did everything and more to make it a smooth ride, in the end I decided to stay. She stood by my decision. For that 8 years we still speak often. GPS Is best realtor I know.
