Comment: Review for Linda : at Goldilocks.Linda made the entire process of selling my home quick and worry free.We had customers looking at our home within one week, and a firm offer in less than three weeks.There were repair issues which needed to be addressed to comply with the contract, and she gave me a reliable contractor that was available within one week of the phone call. Repairs were made in one weekend!She recommended a real estate law firm which turned out to be a great choice (local and well respected).She also made recommendations for the moving company which turned out to be a great choice as well (and fair priced) since we were moving out of state.All contract paperwork and email correspondence was fully explained, and she was ALWAYS available to take my calls when needed.I would highly recommend Linda for your next move

Comment: It is difficult to sell a house after a relative dies and particularly when you live thousands of miles away. You have to be able to trust your realtor and believe they have your best interests at heart. We felt that way right from the beginning. The house itself was unique and not very traditional and Sandi understood this as she searched for the right market. Having a pandemic also issued other challenges but Sandi was always responsive to our endless questions and always available. She also had a network of others to assist us in this process. For example, she even found some folks in a quilters’ guild to find homes for three spinning wheels that we just couldn’t bear to throw away. Neither of us would have any hesitancy in recommending Sandi Polinsky.

Comment: This company is FANTASTIC! We were desperate to sell our house and Goldilocks was our second agency we signed a contract with. The first agency we had let sit on the market for 6 months with no offers. Sandi and her team got us a cash offer within 2 months of being listed with her! She and the rest of the team were so wonderful to work with. At every open house there were multiple agents to make sure someone was always there to answer any questions potential buyers had. I felt like we had a whole team working for us, not just one agent. They all networked to get as much traffic and buzz about our home as possible. I will only use Goldilocks for any future real estate buying/selling needs :)
