Comment: Very satisfied living in this safe and lovely community for four years. The location of this community is one of the most significant advantages. The Wegmans, Tim Hortons, and beautiful Delaware Park are just around the corner. The office staff (Jill and Jessica) and the maintenance team are friendly and respond promptly to any issue that has come up. All my requests, even the small ones, have been fixed & resolved quickly. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to have peace of mind.

Comment: I have been renting from Jill for over 7 years, both as a single occupancy renter, and then with my now wife, and we have always had such an easy time that when it came time to move we immediately reached out to see new places that they had. From the Elmwood Village to Cheektowaga we have had great locations, and Jill has been able to work with us whenever possible for specifics we might need such as an extra parking spot when one was available. Could not recommend more

Comment: My husband and I have rented separately and together from Jill for nearly 10 years. We have had a great experience overall - we have always had prompt responses to service requests (even if issues couldn’t always be fixed immediately, we would still quickly hear back from Jill’s team to get a game plan together). Jill was also kind enough to not increase our rent this year since our gas and electric bills have gone up so much this last year. I also want to add that my husband and I have rented from Jill at several different price points (single with roommates vs living together) and had consistently solid responses and repairs at every place. You will never find a perfect, repair free place to loop rent so the next best thing you can do is rent from Greco. There are many bad landlords in Buffalo - Jill isn’t one of them. Read the negative reviews carefully - none of these people are longtime tenants of Jill’s. We won’t rent from anyone else - why take the risk when we’ve always been treated well?

Comment: I have been a tenant in one of the Cheektowaga Units for (WOW!!) a year next week. When I first was thinking about moving into the area Jill and the Greco Team came highly recommended from a coworker of mine and now I definitely know why. From day one Jill and the entire Greco Team have been responsive, communicative and extremely helpful no matter the reason for the phone call or email. Everything from a maintenance request to a question are addressed in usually less than 24 hours. The maintenance team are extremely professional, thorough, respectful and courteous of your time. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious and well taken care of. The grounds are well kept all year round which is saying a lot because Buffalo snow is no joke. An additional bonus is the ability to pay rent online. If you or anyone you know are looking for a place to rent I highly recommend renting from one of the Greco properties.

We appreciated the extra time she took to help us view the apartment virtually as we were moving from out of state durring a pandemic. The apartment is beautiful, and well maintained and the maintenance company is always on top of cutting the lawn and tending to pretty much any thing we ask. Thank you Jill, we appreciate your help. Comment: I cant say enough good things about Greco rental property management- namely our property manager Jill. My partner and I have lived in our current beautiful apartment for a year and we couldnt be happier with the service provided by Jill and her team. The maintenance crew are extremely nice and very quick to respond to any needs. Paying rent is a breeze through the online app, which is a huge plus (especially in a city like Buffalo where so many landlords are behind the times). Jill is quick to respond to any issues that arise and always does so with a personable yet professional attitude. If youre looking for a nice apartment from a fantastic company, look no further than Greco.

Comment: Jill is great, and apartments are great and priced affordably! My husband and I lived in one of the units in the buildings in the Snyder area and we could not be happier. Weve lived in several apartments over the past 5 years, and this was one of the better experiences weve had- there are so many things that can go wrong in an apartment unit but we didnt have any negative experiences here. Jill Greco is particularly awesome to work with- she is responsive, honest, and friendly. Over the nine months we lived in our unit, weve had virtually no complaints- the unit was updated just before we got in, and maintenance was easy to contact when we did have minor issues (i.e. needing replacements for bulbs, etc). The affordable price for an apartment which is super close to the Main St area of Snyder was a huge plus- I honestly miss the proximity to the places I frequented when I lived there. The only reason we left our lease was that Jill helped us out by acting as realtor for us for our first house- if we were looking to stay in an apartment, we certainly would have renewed the lease there when the time came. I would recommend renting with Greco to absolutely anyone!

One comment here mentions a problem with pests, which I also had, but Jill was prompt in scheduling an exterminator who came to my unit the next day and was himself very pleasant to work with. I have nothing but good things to say and recommend this company for those looking to rent in Buffalo!

Comment: We could not be more pleased with Jill Greco and Greco Real Estate. We helped move my daughter into an apartment managed by Greco Real Estate a few weeks ago. After moving in, my daughter found that some of the neighbors were smoking aggravating her asthma. My daughter called Jill the day after moving in (on a Sunday morning) and explained that she could not stay there. Jill immediately located another more suitable apartment for her and agreed to let her relocate with no penalty from her lease. We moved her the following weekend after Jill bent over backwards to get the new apartment cleaned, painted and ready in just 4 days. My daughter is very happy in her new place. We highly recommend Jill Greco and the Greco team.

Comment: I have just renewed my annual lease at Grecos Bernhardt Heights complex and realized it was a perfect time to thank the management and maintenance staff for its tenant services over the past year. On-going and seasonal maintenance of the grounds and common areas is consistently reliable but emergency situations are treated like true emergencies. When an essential heating system component for my building failed in late Autumn of last year, it was replaced within 3 hours of notification during a weekend. Similarly, I have experienced two repairs to apartment fixtures or appliances within 24 hours of a service request over this same period. Put simply, such a high level of service response deserves appreciation and commendation.
