This is not something I found with other brokers who constantly were unresponsive or rude when I had questions.I felt truly represented as a tenant, as she had our best interest at heart. Even when we offered a higher broker fee she declined as we received our apartment when the first applicants got declined, not because we out bid.I would 10/10 recommend working with her as she is extremely personal and made the usual chaotic process of moving easy and seamless. I happened upon one of their listings on StreetEasy and from there Odi and I started a wonderful sequence of communication. She helped me find a better location and apartment than the one I originally had found, and Ronan was extremely courteous and helpful in the FaceTime tour process, going above and beyond to show me the neighborhood! It only took a day to get approved, and I was signing a lease to my very own one bedroom in Chelsea 4 days after initially talking to Odi! You are treated like family by both of them.
