Comment: I got connected with Greg just by luck when I requested information on a home through a popular real estate listing platform. From our first conversation, which was long, helpful, and thorough, I felt confident that I could not be working with a better realtor in the SE Connecticut region. At the start of the process, Greg was very thorough, inspecting the house for potential issues and suggesting value solutions like painting and carpet cleaning that improved appeal. Greg was diligent when taking photos, deliberately choosing the time of day when the light was best. For several fixes that had to be done, Greg knew a contractor who could do the fix. The 3 contractors he recommended were all super reliable. Greg went above and beyond, fixing some low-cost, quick-fix issues himself. Please look no further as you will not find a more capable realtor or mortgage broker.I spent a hour or two looking up different agents in the area. Many didnt have a long record which means they havent been in business long enough and lack the experience. The other means they are hiding bad business practices/bad reviews. Gregs agency was the best rated for a reason.I called his office up in the middle of the afternoon, Greg personally fielded the phone call. He took the time to talk with me as a human being and not as a number or a commission. We must have spent over an hour on the initial call or more. He never pressured me to come into his office like other realtors to sign an exclusive realtor contract. For me He was just an honest guy answering the phone from one guy to another just talking, its very important first impression.Honestly Ive had so many bad first impressions with Realtors. I have had Realtors tell me shut up I am talking because they kept cutting ME off! So my first impression of Greg was fantastic. My whole conversation with him could not have been scripted by the best Hollywood screenwriters.From the first conversation to the closing paperwork, this has been a sterile process for me.
