Comment: We worked with Vince Betts on a recent purchase of a home in Saugerties and I was overall very happy his representation. Vince not only has extensive knowledge of the local market, but he is responsive, kind, and unquestionably honest. We went through several rounds of negotiations with the Seller, and I never felt that Vince was pushing us to accept the deal that was in front of us. He continued to work until we landed on terms that we were happy with. Then, once we were in contract, Vince made sure every piece of the puzzle was in place to ensure we were able to close as quickly as possible. My family is in love with our new home and we would not be here without Vince. I wholeheartedly recommend Vince!

Comment: I had the pleasure of working with Jill. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! I found her through Facebook and she help my family and I find a home for our daughter. The realtor company holding the lease was HORRIBLE to say the least. The mountains we had to cross for a simple rental seemed almost impossible, but Jill stuck up for my family and did everything she could to get us through the process and into our home. When it comes time to buy a house I will only work with Jill!!!!
