I can truly say that he was available anytime I needed to speak with him, including early mornings, Sundays, and holidays. His availability was impressive, generally, Pedro answered my calls and texts messages on the spot. If he could not answer my calls, he would text me to let me know he was in a meeting and would get back to me asap; and he always did.Pedro’s advice and support was invaluable. His calm and humble personality was a blessing when I encountered difficulties during the selling process.I highly recommend Pedro as an excellent realtor for his hard work and impeccable work ethics.

Comment: Was an absolute pleasure working with John. I found John after a search for brokers on Zillow. After speaking with a number of brokers I was hyper impressed during our initial phone conversation where he would genuinely listen and understand my requirements rather than lecture to me. He also took the time to explain to me the nuances of purchasing property and when I made a visit, he showed me around 20+ properties in a single day and across a very large area. It helped me appreciate the area, local history, and most importantly understand which area Id most like to live in. When it came to negotiating for the right property, Johns knowledge of many of the other brokers in the market allowed him to understand what we could properly flex to. Comment: John has handled several apartment rentals for me and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I live in California so I’ve really depended on him not just to manage the process, but also to make judgment calls on who would be great tenants. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision to rent. On the contrary, he’s been more than willing to make the extra effort, and take the extra time, to ensure that it’s a good fit for all concerned. A couple of the rentals turned out to be more complicated than expected (for example, tenants suddenly couldn’t move out for 2+ months due to their mortgage falling through) and he handled everything and everyone with integrity and efficiency, continued to show the apartment, and gave me good advice on how to proceed. My tenants have also told me that they really appreciated the way he handled the rental process, and his lower broker fee was also a plus.
