Comment: I worked with Keith to purchase my first home. All throughout the process, Keith was available, responsive, and attentive. He answered all my questions, had useful advice, explained everything along the way, including little things to watch out for, extra info about each property we saw that I would not have known otherwise.His group also has various deals with different companies that help with the move: cheap movers, I got a discount on my internet, etc. and they have also been very helpful.Id definitely recommend Keith to anyone looking to buy a home; and considering his level of dedication and professionalism, probably to sell one as well.*edit June 2019*I worked with Keith to sell the home that he helped me find and buy, and the experience with him was wonderful.After seeing him work on both the buying and selling side, I think Keith has got to be one of the top realtors in the area. He consistently went above and beyond the call of duty with timely feedback and help. He makes effective use of new technology both in house showing and in communications of all forms, which is still a rarity, and a nice perk for me as a technical person.Delays and lack of communication seem to be common among realtors in the area. I dont know if its a New York thing, or a them thing, but Keith has no such failings. He provides consistent timely feedback in all parts of the process, and he answered all the questions I posed throughout the sale and after.One of the perks that comes with buying a house with Keith is various mailings, both physical and digital. His physical mailings are little cards that help highlight community events and places, which is very handy in a new area. His digital mail included a ton of valuable information about home ownership, maintenance tips, etc.After working with Keith through both the buying and selling process, I would absolutely recommend him very highly to anyone who asks.
