Comment: Updating: because I have recently bought a home in another state (without Jen) and have stated over and over again how much I have missed Jen throughout my entire home buying processMy husband and I have worked with Jen on and off for 4 years. Initially to sell our home and move to a bigger home, but we had no equity in the home we were living in at the time. So we waited, and two years later we rented out that home so that we could purchase our larger home that fit our family better. And today two+ years after purchasing our larger home our rental property sold.Jen held our hand through everything, she checked in often. Jen never let our frantic texts or unease go without a response. Jen knows what shes doing, shes aggressive for her buyers and her sellers and she knows the market well. I dont think well ever move again as we are in the home of our dreams. But if we were going to move, we would use Jen again in a heartbeat.

Comment: While we had experience at buying homes, we had never sold one before! Jenifer and Erika made the process painless, which was amazing considering that they were required to work with a relocation company selected by my employer, during Fall of 2020 with many Covid rules in place, while we were relocating 6 states away! Comment: Jenifer was amazing- we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a Bennington area home! As first time home-buyers that are new-ish to the area, we reached out to Jen when we wanted to start looking for homes to help us navigate this areas market. She walked us through the whole process and was available ANYTIME we needed her (including some very late-night phone calls/texts!). She scheduled showings with quick availability and had an in-depth knowledge about each home. It is obvious that she really understands the Bennington area housing market and she takes the time to understand each property so she can provide honest and thorough information to her buyers. Ultimately, she was the selling agent for the home we purchased, but continued to be such a resource to us during the closing process. In our initial meeting she told us what she believed we could expect to sell our house for, and even though I thought her number was a bit ambitious, we indeed received almost that exact number. So that’s the beginning and the end, but what sets Jenn apart is everything she did to make it happen. Ours was a challenging situation but not for one single moment did we feel like we were navigating the process alone. When we needed window and septic work, Jenn had the contacts and the work was done. When our clean up and improvements took longer than anticipated she worked with us and kept the buyer engaged and informed.
