Comment: My wife and I found Richard Arias and Home Finders Realtor through an add, and they met our expectations and more. Of course I was skeptical because Richards real estate agency has a lower point cost than the big agencys. Well, dont be fooled. Richard worked hard for us, kept us updated everyday, and got us much more money than the big guys. He also has a great Lawyer. We saved a lot of money, got an offer on our house in 11 days, and were treated like part of Richards family. This is a great agency, I cant say enough good things about it.Thanks again for all you did for us Richard.
