Wanted to take the time to share some observations I made during my process:- Responsiveness: after my initial appointment with Nick, he took photos / 3d tour of my apartment, got the paperwork done, and listing went live the next day, complete with virtual staging. Nick is one of the few people Ive worked with who has consistently replied to my emails / inquiries within the same day, which I really appreciate and respect.- Professionalism: the time when I listed (Aug 2020) was one of the worst times for showings, as NYC just re-opened the real estate showing policy, and market had just started to recover. Despite the challenges, Arissa was able to consistently show the apartment every week in person, to the point my building doorman all knew her. For each potential buyer, Arissa documented in a Google Sheet with their interest level and concise feedback, followed up patiently and updated me regularly on the status.
